Now that I lost 14 pounds being sick, I am going to work on the last 4 and get to my goal weight of 200. Despite the current weight loss, my knees and ankles are swelling bad, so I think for the next week I will confine my workouts to swiming. Get the blood flowing in the legs and burn off some fat cells while I am at it. Hopefully I can start running in October and see if I can break a 4.9/40 by the end of the year, not bad for an old man.
